Meet the eagerly anticipated new ‘Hayabusa 2008’
Hayabusa was already one of the coolest, sexiest and fastest street-bikes on the planet, but Suzuki has decided that they will not only redesign the super-bike, but increased the size of the engine from 1299 c.c to 1340 c.c, and features an all new suspension.
It uses the same engine as B-King’s 1350 c.c inline-four and an increment of 12 percent in performance would yield 179bhp at the rear wheel.
The cool thing about the new Hayabusa is the S-DMS (Suzuki 3-Way Drive Mode Selector) that allows the rider to choose from three different engine settings depending on riding conditions of rider preferences.
Smart bike eh… 😮
It’s not a particularly dramatic redesign for the new ‘BUSA’ and still retaining much of it’s signature old look and shape.
But who cares about appearance anyway because looks can be deceiving and Hayabusa is a freakin ‘SPEED DEMON!’. The Need For Speed!.
